Custom Overhead Door Bruce Hollis owner Charged full Retail for Refurbished garage door & opener Louisville Kentucky

Our contractor used Custom Overhead Door, owner Bruce Hollis, to install a 16x8 garage door and opener on our newly constructed garage. The contractor did  not pay Bruce. I was told by Bruce's employee who came to my home on Sunday, August 25th, 2013 that they were owed $950.00.  When I spoke to our contractor, Steve, I was told that he owed him $950 and would pay him. Of course he never did & Bruce puts a lien on my home for $1460.00.  Bruce tells our attorney that it would have been much more expensive if it was not refurbished and that Steve just did not tell us. So, I called and check with 4 other garage companies in Louisville, KY & received 4 quotes back for a Brand New Insulated Garage door and Opener installed.
