In part what this poor woman has written is in fact true. I did not close the pool or install the cover until November. Is this enough to give me a report on this site? You who read this should decide, I did began this project in the spring of 08. Once the hole was dug it rained for two days, the pool was pumped out and allowed to dry one week later the walls where installed and it rained again this time it rained every two days for 10 days straight. The pool had literally 6' of water in it. Again pumped out and allowed to dry.

At this time the electrician that I work with looked at the work needed to get service to the pump area. The electrician did not return a bid to the Mussers in a timely manner. When he did she felt that it was an exorbitant cost and felt that I was some how "in on it" . The electrician that was hired by them was completely inadequate. They did not ever say it but I am sure they felt regretted not using someone that know about wiring pool equipment. They got a bid lower and ended up paying the same if not more.

This upset Mrs M to the point were she felt it necessary to begin her attack on me (Jack Anderson), small things at first venting her frustration for the delay of her pool project. This did not set well with me or her husband (a fine gentlemen and a saint )at first Mr M felt that the death of her mother had something to do with not being very rational coupled with the problems with her son and step father ( Mr M the saint) this was building to release on someone I guess I am the target. I did tell Mrs M I will no longer speak to her in regards to her pool project, all questions that she has must go threw Mr M. This poor man was put in a position that no married couple so be forced into. He had to literally play the devils advocate.

On one hand Mr M was sympathetic to all of the delays, but yet he had to sleep with Mrs M. Not a good place to be. I am sorry for that Mr M but I will not be talked to by any one as out of touch with correct and safe building practices as your wife. The project is beautiful and built with quality and care despite the problems. The pool will be enjoyed for many years to come and Mrs M will think of me every day she looks at her back yard. As far as the bankruptcy yes it did happen ( K-Mart, Chrysler, TWA, ECT,ECT) and possibly to other real people out there. If any one has any questions feel free to call or write. It is a shame that Mrs musser has decided that during the wettest spring in recorded history in the mid west that her pool project has more importance than mother nature. I am only assuming she believes hurricane should not slow her pools progress. Believe it or not this area received approximately 10" of rain in two days time. This project was pumped out daily for 22 days. Every two days more rain. Mrs. Musser said " I am sick of hearing about how wet it is just finish and get out of my back yard". Nothing would have pleased me more. I was also told that I am" just a typical man that cant finish what I start". At this point I told Mrs Musser I am unwilling to deal with her any more, I will only proceed if we would have no more contact because she is unreasonable. Granted I am not willing to put up with the rantings of a women that has been hurt by some other man in her life before her current wonderful husband, she doesnt need to take it out on someone trying to give her family something they can enjoy for a very long time. Mrs Musser will think of me every day she looks into her back yard, that he is the guy that did not put up with her bull sh-t,as she tries to enjoy her pool. Good luck MR.MUSSER hang in there.
