Custom Teleconnect I received a collect call which was authorized with my debit card. Two days later they charged my debit card again without authorization. Total of 60.00 for one 6 min call Internet, Nevada

I received a collect call from my fiance who was broke down on the side of the road.  He used a pay phone and I had to enter my debit card number to speak with him.  The authorization went through for 20.14 the day of the call which was high but I dealt with it.  However, when my bank informed me 2 days later there was an additional authorization going through for almost 40 more dollars appearing to be a second collect call, I was furious.  I have now been charged almost 60 dollars for one 6 min phone call.  I have filed a fraud report with my bank but have not heard yet whether the charges will be refunded.
