Custom Teleconnect(zpdi) this company zpdi charged me 15.05 toll charges for four minutes for a collect call that was never made San Antonio Texas

I have been charged for this phone call since october second of 2008 I thought that the call was made from a correctional facility but customer service from custom teleconnect said that it was not (i spoke with two csrs today 12/17/08). In my second call i asked too speak with the supervisor of this company the rep put me on hold for several minutes then came back on the line and stated that her supervisor told her too give me a credit of six dollars and some change and I would still have too pay nine dollars and some change. I accepted this in defeat but still determined I asked for the corporate office number she stated that there was no number however there was only a address and fax number. While online tonight I decided too do a little google searching and stumbled upon this sight, thank god! anyways, I was confused about this call after my daughter said that her friend call her cell phone as she can purchase the minutes for him to do so from the correctional facility that he is in and my other daughter did call from a pay phone but she used change too place her call and I am the one who answered the phone when she called. have you all been getting complaints of 411 charges being billed too consumers phone bills when no one is calling 411? Cox communications is who I have phone service with, and I did speak with the supervisor there ms.kelly cowan today 12/17/08, she did give me credit for the 411 calls
