Custom Windows and Doors Sold faulty custom windows East Syracuse, New York

In August of last year I purchased 6 custom double hung windows from Jamie Sardo of Custom Windows. Both he and their installer from Light of the World in Liverpool came down and sold me the windows. Everything seemed to have gone well until the weather turned cold in October; only then was it obvious that three of the six windows were faulty. Cold air came through them in great amounts, enough to make the curtains flutter on a windy day. I ended up stuffing rags around them, adhering that with duct tape, and putting plastic over the windows to get through the very frigid winter. I did contact Jamie as soon as the issue was noted and have all the e-mail correspondence, as well as photos of the windows. Since then, the problem has been ongoing and I have been given the runaround and empty promises for months. So much for a lifetime guarantee!
