Customers First Movers & Cleaning charged for overtime, damaged my furniture chicago, Internet

These people were supposed to move my furniture from the 3rd floor of the old address to the 1st floor of the new address, and every time they went downstairs to the truck, they stayed down there for 15 minutes or more.

They were also damaging my entertainment center as they were carrying it down the stairs, and they knew they were, but didn't seem to be the least bit bothered by this.

When we got to the new address, one of the two movers was sitting in his car with the windows rolled up and the door closed. I had to shag him out of his car, not knowing whether he was taking a nap, or talking on his cell phone.

Then their rude female boss, who I spoke with on the phone, insisted I pay them overtime after they wasted a lot of time. I gave them an extra $15 in cash, then another $10, and after everything was moved, one of them was hanging around waiting for even more money (as directed by her). At this point, I told him, "We are done, you are not getting any more money", and I went in the house and locked the doors.

I would have called the police if necessary.
