Hello, Las Vegans. This report regards Cut Rate Glass inc. These guys do not honor their coupons. They use some internet advertising coupons that sound pretty good, but, in my case, did not honor the coupon that pertained to me/my glass replacement.

First, Cut Rate Glass inc. sent out a job estimator. This was some half-a$$ thug. I had to put him in his place to get him to show some respect in my house. He is called "Bernardo". After preparing his estimate, I asked Bernardo if he would apply his coupon. his response was, "not for this job". After inquiring further, Bernardo explained that my job required a different type of glass. Whether or not it did, that was not stated in any print on the coupon. Neither was it ever stated on their website. I went ahead and bought the job, since the regular price was fair. Cut Rate Glass inc. did a satisfactory job, after showing up a bit late.
