Cvs- /caremark - healthnet - medicare over charged for prescriptions Waco Texas

caremark mail order pharmacy billed my checking account for $68.11 for 2 generic drugs that i could have purchased at my local pharmacy for $41.46. i called my health care provider and they said there was nothing they could do. i then called medicare and their response was the same. we cant help you. in the brochure for caremark they said quote" with mail order ,you may be able to receive up to a 3 month supply of your medication at significantly less than you would pay at a participating retail pharmacy" last year i paid $4 for the same 2 prescriptions. does that sound fair.
