CW Designs (Clark Wagaman) Do Not Hire This Company! sacramento California

CW Designs. We are so sorry we ever hired them!

This guy hasn’t a clue on how to run a business nor any experience in building anything! He has failed this contract miserably and put us through hell! His sales person baited us into thinking the design we selected was what we were paying for, but this jerk switched and gave us a piece of crap!

Utter crap! His office staff is a joke. They are clueless! We were told they “rely on our customers to supervise their onsite staff”. Their inexperienced ‘crew’ shows up when they feel like it and just leave! Total runarounds when calling the office. Unprofessional!

Utter crap here! This company failed after FOUR ATTEMPTS to resolve all the issues! Day one he assumed the wrong structure and attempted to install a screen room. Never provided any CAD drawings as promised by his ‘experienced’ staff to approve prior to install.

My husband repeatedly had to assist this idiot on what the issues were and how to correct them.  We had to direct this idiot so that we could get this project under control and moving forward.

Never happened! We were low priority and this jerk showed up when he felt like it!

We discovered our new garage light they installed, he broke and until my husband prodded him, he finally admitted to breaking it! As we continued to look over the installation, he attempted to cover his poor installs with foam and reuse the poor materials over again. We told him this was unacceptable!

He claimed our structure was ‘unique and unusual’. Utter, utter crap! A structure in his brochure, pamphlets, etc apparently are too unusual for this moron!

We gave him until November 8^th to complete the project.  He failed and “threw in the towel”

Not a chance in hell EVER! Go elsewhere!

We are so blessed to have this great (and extremely reputable) contractor that has demolished what this jerk installed to give us what we originally paid for! Thank you, new contractor!

Now, this jerk falsely files a mechanics lien on us attempting to say the work/install has been completed and we refuse to pay! I am telling you, if you hire this jerk, you are asking for hell. But I am not worried at all, because we have all the proof we need!
