Chris Hyde has done the same to us that he has done to everyone else. He contacts doing a pool and does nothing but rips you off. He has cost us well over $35000.00 for a pool that should have been done for under $18000.00. We have been living through a nightmare ever since Gary Bragg entered our home with all of these promises and nothing to show for it. Chris and Wendy are the worst type of cons there is. They prey on people and take money without any remorse. They disappear as soon as they get your money. We now have a poorly done pool that will cost another $25000.00 to have it fixed and finished. The governors office is involved but we have yet to hear from them since we filed.
All we want is our money back. Even the internet service, Service Magic, who recommended them are now insisting they never had Chris Hyde as a company they recommend. No one has been willing to help us and an attorney will cost us more money that we do not have. This has been a nightmare that we can not seem to wake up from. We would love to hear from all that has had dealings with him.

this is not false info . i have delt with this person and i have investigated his company . i myself have a law-suit pending.(in criminal court). southern pool company --- owner christian hyde and wendy brantley have moved there company to 174 black knobb falls dr. ranger ga. there new numbers are 770-573-9314- and 678-387-7968. allso warrents also can be taken out on thease charges you have a police report can help this. after one is filed just call the sheriff dept. and ask to speek to a criminal investigator. push for a warrent and the d.a. will do the rest. at least this what i did. much luck.

there is a site with more info about this company alot more in fact many have posted about this company. you can check it out on gmail its called badbuisness. im sorry that this site has such strict guidlines for helping each other but it is there to protect consumers. there is much info that could help you. i just wish i new how to get it too you but go there and see if you can figure it out ... also have you fileesd a police report with jasper pickens county. many others have. i did not see one for you. this could help you as well.
