I am Gail Zamore: I would like to share my story of the injustice i suffered had the hands of Mr.Berger. Before ,i share my experience  with Mr.Berger , I need to tell you how i got there. In the year of 2009, i had asked J.P.Morgan...Chase for a modification.I was informed by a CHASE repersentative i need to be in default in order to receive a modification...I was compliant. During the three months i was presented with a summons instead  of  modification. I had called chase, and one of Chase repersentative stated" It appeared they dropped the ball on your modification.I had even send 900.00 to Chase as good faith...without the packet. During the week i had received several informational postcards from Mr.Berger stating many of these banks mortgage notes are faulty. I then called mr.Berger Office.I was informed he needed 680.00 to complete a forenseic audit ...i was compliant again. I had spoken to Mr. Berger and was informed that my mortgage note had severe and major violations...EVIDENCE-BY-THE TRUTH AND LENDING ACT. Mr. Berger further went on to say we  are going for a recission due to the evidence and not a loan modification. Mr. had continue to take money from my bank-account on amonthly basis. i continue to express my concern about the lenght of time about this situation i was informed nothing to worry about.....the courts are backed up.Mr. Berger has taken over 16,000 from me and i received nothing....except my home was up for auction without my knowledge. I had no idea until i received a postcard stating  my home will be auction july 3rd. I have attempted on many occassion to speak with Mr.Berger but no avail.In the middle of the week i was assured by his assistant ' TAMARA that everythin is going to be okay and the house will be revirted back to me...it did not. mr. berger ---evidence-by i had never showed up to court to protect my home.MrBerger stated not to pay my monthly mortgage. At times , Mr.Berger will withdraw as your attorney andtake your case again.. I had requested my files and i was told to get off their property for they will call the police.My home is still in danger of being taken away , due to MR. BERGER  NOT SHOWING UPFOR TRIAL. Mr. Breger stated an appeal was necessary because my home was taken by predjuice, and the first problem was not resolve. I was also informed by Mr. Berger he would not charge me for this month...only 400.00 for the appeal. I also have documentations to show. I need help....It appears there are other people out there who has suffered at the hands of Mr.Berger. Mr.Berger Fired his Paralegal due to the scandal and fraud she uncovered.
