Cyber Test, Inc. rip-off! Cyber Test can't fix the problems on my laptop from Sam's Club and won't try! Longwood Florida

I purchased a laptop from Sam's Club along with the National Electronics Warranty, within days after the one year factory warranty expired I began to experience unexpected shut downs. I worked with software support and determined it was not a software issue. I tried for months then contacted HP support, they admitted this laptop has a problem with the motherboard after about a year of use.

I contacted a local service center that was supposedly approved by NEW but when they tried to contact NEW they were told I had to send it to Cyber Test. Two times mailed to Cyber Test they can't seem to find the problem and ship the laptop back with a note "Your unit has been Repaired and Quality Tested". A call to Cyber Test reveals nothing was done regarding this problem. They say there isn't a problem so they can't fix it. I can boot it and begin having shut downs within the hour.

Don't trust products purchased from Sam's Club! Don't bother to purchase warranties from National Electronics Warranty and Don't bother sending anything to Cyber Test! Worst of all, I was told by Cyber Test that they have no customer complaint avenues.
