Cyberpower Inc. is the worst computer nightmare imaginable.  They sent me the incorrect components, and the ones I received are incompatible with my computer.  I ordered this on April 21, 2011, and it is now May 5th and paid $148 for express set up & shipping, and STILL do not have a working computer.  I told them they sent me a video card NOT PICTURED in the sale of the item (oh I have screenshots) and this one does not work with my monitor, and I needed an adapter, and wanted that sent & the "rush" fees refunded. 

I called, was placed on hold several times, and finally spoke with an extremely rude guy in tech support, who said he would send an adapter so I could hook my monitor into the wrong card they sent, and also said he would not refund any part of the express shipping.  Gee... why the h*ll did I pay for that? 

So then, I get an email saying that I REQUESTED a refund on the whole computer & I have to send it back at my own expense PLUS forfeit the $148 in express fees.  So, they sent the wrong part, will not make it right, and after I already spent over $1,000 on this thing that won't work - they expect me to eat another $300 in shipping fees?  They are the slimiest, rudest, most customer repellent company on the planet.  I am looking to get my fees back now from my bank & have already reported these idiots to the BBB.  I am fuming at this point.  I hope someone can help me.  Thanks very much..
