I purchased a custom-built PC from this company for roughly $1,600. Upon firsting removing it from the box,  plugging it all in, and using it, it would occassionally (but rarely) turn off on its own (randomly).
At first this was so rare that I overlooked it, but it gradually got worse. Within about 8 months after purchasing the computer, it stopped working entirely. I could not even get it to turn on without doing magic tricks.

I tried calling them many times to get either a repair or replacement parts. They repeatedly gave me the run around. They claimed to lose my info. We reached an agreement every day that I called them, but they never held up their end of the deal! I spent months waiting for them to cooperate. I had given them my credit card info (they told me they needed to put a hold on my credit card), my adress (multiple times), email adress (multiple times). Usually they would claim that all they needed was my information, and they told me they were going to ship me a new power supply unit to try. The one time I tried to ship them my computer, they changed their adress (within the span of one week) without notifying me. Shipping a computer is expensive. Their adress changed very quickly.

Now I am stuck with this large, over-priced paper weight, waiting to hear back from the Attorney General of California.

I filed a complaint with the Better Businees Bureau. I was notified that Cyberpower PC did not respond to this and that they were kicked from the BB. So that is what lead me to notifying the Attorney General.

Everyone I talk to who has even heard of CyberPower PC has said that they hear about this sort of thing happening with them all the time. It is sad the amount of money that people have lost to this company. My impression is that they are running a big scam, and they seem proud in the rude way they respond to angry customers. Their attitude indicated that they don't believe they have any reason to help me. They said it wasn't their problem or their fault that my computer was not working.
