Cybersonic Toothbrushes ripoff and ther is NO customer service

Have been trying since September 2001 to receive my promised "brushes for life" replacement brushes.

When I called Cybersonic in September Operator #257 promised they would ship that week.

When I called back December 19, 2001, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that due to the greatly increased demand, Cybersonic hired more customer service personnel. Operator #256 promised my replacement brushes would be shipped and I should receive them "...in 9 days." As of today I have received nothing.

Tried calling them today (January 15, 2002) and was informed by a canned announcement that "due to the greatly increased demand for the Cybersonic system as CHRISTMAS GIFTS there would be such a delay in talking to a customer service person that I shouldn't wait and, after being informed that the best time to call was between the hours of 8 - 10 a.m. and 4 - 6 p.m. Pacific time, was cut off.

Their website has no means of contacting them via e-mail.

Cybersonic certainly doesn't have to worry about their customer service -- they have none!
