My wife and I were online and were looking for a program to download and watch TV on, cable was too expensive. We saw cybertvpartner.com and thought that it looked like a good deal. So we put in our credit information and clicked on the link to go to the next page to see what the total would come to. WELL.... It billed our account! NO CONFIRMATION PAGE AT ALL! And then when we called back to cancel it they would give us back everything execpt a non-refundable fee for a program we didn't even want! The people you call on the phone are a third-party agency and say they cannot give you the 19.95 back, you cannot talk to a manager (they only monitor the calls, never talk to anyone), and tell you to contact the company. Well I tried contacting the company and there are no numbers to contact, the only form of communication with them that there is, is a thing to type in your complaint and it gets put on a ticket. They didn't even have an e-mail address listed. Also the services they offer only link you to different sites videos.

Regarding the $19.95 non-refundable processing fee, this fee was clearly stated during the sign up process as well as in the Terms & Conditions in which you have to read, and of course agree to before you can submit your order. Before processing an order, your purchase details are listed and you must then click on submit in order finalize the purchase. You are then emailed a confirmation email as well.

To explain a bit further, the site says they have 3,000 TV channels to watch for a fee of x amount of dollars per year. They did have the 19.95 that said it was "non-refundable"; however, I wanted to see what total amount that they were going to charge to my credit card BEFORE making the decision. I figured there were hidden fees or whatever, so I just wanted to know. I entered all of my information in, and there was absolutely NO confirmation page that said "Your credit card will be charged x amount of dollars." The site said it was 27.99 for a lifetime membership or whatver. They didn't mention that the software fee of $19.99 was extra, so we thought it was part of the cost. They just didnt' explain it well.

So, we figured it would be like $45 until we hit the next button and, without a confirmation page, said it was going to be about $70.00. We did NOT want to order the service, just see how much it would cost. Again, NO CONFIRMATION PAGE. So, we called the company INSTANTLY. Within 2 minutes of getting our card charged to cancel it. They will not refund the $19.99. On top of that, all of their billing is hired out by a third-party company who knows nothing, so we can't even contact the actual company to see what they can do.

So, they just got our $20. We were at a loss, so we tried the services out. The channels they SAY they have never come in, and the 3,000 channels are just crap channels you have NEVER heard of. And the quality was HORRIBLE. This company is just a rip off looking to make a buck.
