Stay away from Live Smart 360-

Live Smart just had another Compensation plan changethat into affect a few weeks ago that flushed all stored business volume. The Company has chosen to pay commissionsmainly on signups. Get 5 to sign up on the left for $499 a pop and get another 5 to sign up on your right for $499 and get $1000....Doesnt this sound like a pyramid to you.Very littleproduct in the sign up kit. Poor qualityingredients that are questionable. People are resigning daily. Beware.

Below is a recent article of their recent foreclosures. This is probably why we didnt get paid from May-July. Poor money management. Read it for yourself.

Mark and Jeanine McCool, who have been hit with at least four foreclosure judgments totaling $1.1 million since May 2009, have managed to obtain $850,000 in fresh funds for their company, Ashtonpark LLC, from Hallberg Family Investments LLC, a Naples-based lender.

The McCools borrowed the money using a 2,548-square-foot industrial warehouse at 4448 McIntosh Road in Sarasota that they bought in May 2007 for $321,000 as collateral.

Among other things, the McCools run CyberWize.com, a web design and multi-level marketing company founded in 1999.

Mark McCool says on the Biznik.com website: I have a long track record of success having generated over $200 million in revenue, over 2 million product orders and over 300,000 customer accounts in my last venture. I am most proud of the people that I have helped become successful with many becoming millionaires based on the products and systems I have created.

I have a passion for helping people achieve their dreams and a love for creating life-changing products. I believe strongly in Internet marketing and love to mentor in that arena. I have served on the boards of four international direct sales companies and built several direct sales organizations with some in excess of 100,000 distributors.
