Cylon Alerts Unlawfully texts me and applies $9.99 per month to my cell phone bill Internet

I receieved a text message numbered 41463 in November of 2008. I did not think anything of it until I received my bill and noticed a charge for $9.99 from Cylon LLC: Alerts. I had never heard of this company so I called my cell phone carrier. My cell phone carrier attempted to block the number and was unsuccessful. I received the same text in December of 2008, attempted for the 2nd time to have it blocked and was again charged $9.99. I received my January bill and when I saw the same charge, I became very angry. I was finally told by my carrier that Cylon LLC: Alerts is a third party company and informed me that I had to un-subscribe. I was given the following phone number:866/669-2278. When I called this number, it was for MBlox and they could not find anything in their system about Cylon LLC. I found Cylon's web address but, when I tried to unsubscribe, I received a failure report: Delivery Failure Report Your document: CANCEL was not delivered to: support@ultimate-game-cheats.net because: 550 sorry, mail to that recipient is not accepted (#5.7.1)

This is unacceptable. How am I supposed to unsubscribe if I can't contact this company. This is fraudulent and criminal and this company needs to be stopped.
