WE ordered a dresser, headboard and two night tables through this outfit. They took our money the day we ordered. Delivery of first item was 1 month later after three "delays". Damaged goods-refused at delivery. They promise refund in 3-5 days. It now looks like it will be more like months as they come up with many excuses for delay.

Cancelled the headboard after they could not provide delivery date for weeks. After 3 days, received "item shipped" notice and they have since told us that the $750 item would be charged $500 in "fees" and shipping charges - our refund to be $250.

The two night stands were cancelled and Cymax acknowledged and accepted the cancellation in writing. Have since received email that the items were shipped. No refund, no date proferred for possibe receipt of refund. This outfit is a
scam!

Try to call their number and you get a call back promise. Sometimes a guy in India will call back - at their schedule with no notification of when that might be. Often, they do not call back. This is a criminal enterprise.
