Cymaxstores DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! ripoff Bellingham Washington

I purchased a bed on cymaxstores.com with in home delivery and set-up that was to arrive in about 3 weeks. 2 months later I still don't have it. In fact, in the month I spent calling and emailing their customer service department, I got nothing but the run around and aggravation.

Cymax didn't want to uphold the delivery service I purchased. They wanted to leave the bed on the street in pieces.

First, they wanted me to prove that I purchased in home delivery and set-up. I did that. I emailed them the receipt stating as much. (I don't understand why they didn't have that in my account in the first place.)

After speaking to 3 reps about the validity of my receipt, they said they had to upgrade the delivery status with the delivery company. This would mean it would take another week for the bed to be redelivered and set-up. I spoke with the delivery company almost two weeks later and they again said they wouldnt set-up.

I called Cymax and requested a refund. Madeline said she would straighten it out and call me back shortly. She left a voicemail 8 hours later stating that even though I paid to have the bed set-up, I would have to pay extra to have it assembled. LOL! The last I checked to assemble is the definition of set-up. Why would I double pay for the same service?

I requested a refund again. Then she called back, said that it was straightened out and would take another week for it to be redelivered. Two weeks later, I have heard nothing from Cymax or the delivery company.

I sent a third refund request on their website!

Do not buy from them. They don't know what they are doing, dont uphold contracts and dont give you a refund even though you haven't received the product.
