Cynergy data, also known as Priority Payments, allowed a customer to continue being charged for monthly service charges one year after cancellation. Despite being advised of this error, and the customer doing no business with them, they refused to reimburse the merchant who is out for over $600 in fees. Any merchant who does credit card processing with this company Had better watch out. In my opinion, merchants and ISO's would be far happier getting their merchant services from a company that responsive to the needs of their customers. Cynergy failed to offer the customer any reasonable accommodation.
