Cypress Insulation ripoff employer RON lets his men drink and drive at work fired my spouse after he purchased a new pickup truck then did not take out taxes and got my spouse in trouble with the IRS Baton Rouge Louisiana

"Ron", employer for Cypress Insulation, fired my husband soon as he and I bought a new Chevy pickup truck. This is nothing but jealousy. Because just before he fires him, he goes and gets a larger truck. He allows his men he has ties with drink beer all day on the job (this is VERY dangerous) while they drive the company truck to the various job sites, my husband reports. The men are all black, like my husband,and he is white.
All the men he pays what he wants to(very little), according to the job. Ron has a head "n--gger-in-charge" who picks up the other men, to tell on who ever is not cooperating.

Well, this man told my husband that he and Ron used to do drugs together too. HMMMMM...


It has been two years since my husband has moved on, but without a job we had to turn the truck back in,which was in my name, so now my credit is messed up with GMAC.
This year, my husband's tax refund is held by the IRS because they said he did not file in 2003 while working for Ron because Ron did not take out any taxes for any of his workers! Now we're screwed again without our money 2 years later! just before my husband left, ron was opening up a bigger shop of horror. This emloyer "Ron" needs to be fired.
