Mr Paul Smith & Andria have been running this scam for many years. Paul owes Thousands in the UK to people who have been smooth talked to and trusted his schemes, non so far have ever had a return on their investment and the reason Paul Smith now resides in Cyprus is he simply owes too much to to many in the UK.

He claims on a frequent basis illness and bad health, I find he always falls ill just at the point he has extracted money and agreed a date for return of that money. Andria is the chief cover up merchant and smooths over the bad business by blaming others.

Mr Smith is such a caring person, he has recently bought a New 4 Bedroom House in Cyprus with swimming pool, new car and private tutor for his child. He is such a Lazy B****d that he gets his wife Andria to do all the driving as he is too stupid to manage to pass a driving test. In short, he is living the good life while others pay for his up keep.

I have found at least 3 other Rip Off Reports all referring to Paul Smith, Andria Smith and Cyprus Moments.

1 might be Bad Luck.
2 might be Bad Judgment.
3 is becoming a habit.

My advice is "keep well away", there are lots of good places to get married with good track records. There is no smoke without fire, these two are professional con merchants of the sympathetic type.
