Purchase a two year service contract in 2001 renewd an additional year. Decided to remodel our kitchen found both partitions completely ate out with Termites . Found out this damage was done within the last four years and that our homeowners will not cover the cost and D Bug has in their contract that they are not responsible and that they do not guarantee complete eliminate the termite problem as represented by George the salesman . Our lawyer says we no legs to stand on because D Bugs contract cover all liabilty limitations .
We have an estimate of thirty five thousand dollars of structure repair . Our neigbor hired A ABCO about the same time for a frction we paid D BUG and they are doing remodeling and they have absolutely no damage nor bugs. Competitors will cut other Competitors down to get the Job, this is expected and because they are known they know you will believe them and when you get into trouble it is their word against yours.
We found out A ABCO was being truthful to us but it is late to think about this now .
