D C Wallace & Associates pressure sells $1800 Kirby vacuum to military spouse and does not return trade-in vacuum after cancellation ripoff Nashville Tennessee

While I was deployed to Iraq, a door-to-door salesman of D C Wallace & Associates LLC pressured my wife to buy a Kirby vacuum, which according to my research, the model can go as low as $800. It was sold to my wife for a little less than $1800 with an APR of nearly 24%. The salesperson stooped as low as to berate my wife for wanting to talk to me before making such a large purchase. My wife, disqusted, cancelled the order the next day. For the purchase, my wife had traded-in our own vacuum. She has called the company about eight times about returning our vacuum but the company has never followed through to return it. The customer service is extremely rude and we have given up dealing with them.
