On 2/12/15 I called D& D about snow and ice dams on my roof. I spoke to Nick Koenig, and he confirmed it was $199 for 2 hrs of snow and ice dam removal, $50 or 125 p/h after that.[was told 2 things]. I booked an appt for 2/16/15. On 2/16 Jay called at 11am. to say they could not do the job for many days; they would not honor booked price of $199;& the price was now changed as they were busy.

I asked about the new price and how long. Jay said for $350 they would come right away. I let them come because I had alot of water leaking. The guy was here 2 hrs & did not touch the ice dams. He did a crappy job on the snow removal too.  I was gouged since I had an appt for $200 and they made me pay $350. They did the same to my other neighbors. When I googled them later, I saw 19 complaints at the BBB. I have been calling them all day to come back and fix the ice dams as paid for, and get a refund. They do not answer phones.

Also, the owner can't be found through the Sec of States office as its a defunct business. This may mean no insurance coverage either.

The company references is no longer in business. We'd respectfully request this post be removed. Ownership transfered as of 8/29/2017. We are trying to rebrand the company and given this was an asset purchase, new ownership assumed no liablity. We are happy to work to right the wrongs of the past- let us know how we can help.
