D & D Suppliers I placed an order for watches to be used as awards for some employees and have been awaiting receipt of them, only to find out today that this company is in the business of stealing money, Internet

I ordered watches to be used as awards for some of my sales force members.  They are anxiously awaiting these recognition gifts.  I have not yet received them so I went online to find a phone number to simply call and see what the hold up was.  I went to the site, could not find a phone number, nor did the site recognize my sign in information either.  As I have done some checking into it... I see where the funds were deducted from my bank account with no hesitation or delay,
however, I cannot reach the company to get my merchandise. 

I have emailed them several times and have not received an answer in response to my inquiries.  I would like the merchandise, as I have sales force members that are waiting for their promised gifts.  Unfortunately, this company's failure to hold up to their word is preventing me from holding up to my word to my people.  I am very disappointed that companies operate today under such false pretenses.  I hope I can recover my money so that I can turn around and order from a more reputable company that will deliver not only the product that I order, but also a business relationship with integrity. 

DO NOT ORDER FROM D AND D SUPPLIERS! 
Please do yourself a big favor and research the online company first.
