Breach of Contract for Shower Remodel. Contract listed items that were to be done such as "Install new shower pan, move drain, replace shower head, install frameless glass surround, new backer board and tile and grout area.

Requested a deposit of $2350 for the frameless glass surround for the shower stall. Requested the check be made out to his wife. The wife cashed the check.

Contractor stated that he would do a professional and turn key job. Nothing was done to complete the contract.
