Im not sure where to report this company who makes this scam...I recently purchased D 'QUEEN phonecard to call the Philippines.I purchased $25 at $5 each.I tried to use the first card and notified me that it will last for 38 mins...As i went on, at 10 mins the connection got cut off.I dialled again to call my sis celphone and this time the card told me i only have 10 mins(i was a little pissed but the ok i said 10 mins isnt bad that basically my minutes just end up 20 mins)
I went on but then at 1min and 50 sec the card notified me i only have 1 min left.As soon as i heard that 30 secs after the connection got cut off.I went and redialled again and to find out i got no more sufficient funds left.I called customer service and they told me i needed to wait 10 mins for them the track the call.I gave them about30 mins and called them back.As i told them what happened the same lady on the line Does not want to disclose her name like when i first talked to her,she hunged up and i called her back automatically.
I guess she can see where the call is coming from so everytime she answers she would say that she cant hear because theyre having a bad connection,but cmon she sounds like she is just next to me on the line.I tried the rest of the card and still i was so frustrated. Theres no contact info on the card other than the 1800 number but then again you will never get a good answer from the operator...I hope someday this scam will be taken in action someday...

Are you using these cards from a normal telephone or a pay phone? If you are using them from a pay phone then additional charges apply. The local phone company here charges 1 minute for every minute you use a phone card on one of their cell phones.
So if you have a 38 minute phone card, it will only last 19 minutes on a pay phone.
They also tend to charge a connection fee for each call you make up front.
If you are using it from a pay phone, its not the card's company that is ripping you off but the local phone company. Always use a phone card from a private land line, never a pay phone.
