I have attempted to contact this comapny again today, with no positive result.  The phone hangs up when I use either calling option, 1, 2, or 3.

Mike Reynolds was the name of the person, or supposed name of the person who called me after I signed up with the bank card company, Royal Merchant Solutions.  Once I paid them as an affiliate, several other of their affiliated company salespersons started calling me to get me to sign up with them.  At this point, when I would not sign up with any of the other companies, Mike Reynolds called me, saying he had another more profitable company that he himself worked with.  He gave me a financial breakdown of how much money I would make as a result of my investment, saying that they had a call center that would make calls for me for ninety or so hours, and all of the leads that I received, and that transpired into business, would be mine.  I would receive back all of my investment, plus residual income over the time period of the person(s) repaying their debt.  This was in late April.  My marketing campaign was due to begin in May.  When I heard nothing from anyone after they received my check, I called numerous times to speak to Mike Reynolds, but could never reach him.

Then I lucked up on another telephone number, which I called, and talked to someone in administration.  I was so concerned by then that I asked the young woman on the telephone what she knew of the company, and what her experience had been of the level of satisfactioin from other affiliates.  She was very confident and calming, saying that she had worked for the company since the previous year, and that yes, the other affiliates were making money.  I then asked her why my website did not show any income, which it was supposed to do, and that part of the plan was that I should be able to look on the website at all times to view my account and determine how many clients I had and how much income I was generating.  Well, as of today, July 23, 2010, I have not received one penny.

This document is online for all who want to view it, and contains the names of nineteen defendants and all of the companies named in the suit.  Among them is Merchant Referral Solutions, Advance Merchant Capital, BankCard Empire aka BCE, Becker Communcation Corporation, Cashflow Direct Guaranteed, LLC, Davidan Corporation, Edgemont Productions dba used by 1230 Edgemont, LLC, Empire Royalty and Licensing Holdings LTD, New York Corporation HBO Media, LLC, ACC No. L-1155373-7, and more companies.    Page 4 of the document , article 2.1  "Any and all currency found during the execution of search warrants at the residences and/or busineses of the persons named in paragraph 1, above, not to exceed $79,000,000".

Each of the representatives of the companies that called me, first the Royal Merchant company and then the other, denied knowledge of each other, even though my credit card statement showed the other company's name.  I have to be honest and say that I wanted to believe they were honest, and so, convinced myself that this was the chance of a lifetime, a real, home-based business opportunity.  Mike Reynolds told me that he had been a teacher, who lost his job and found this opportunity, and that he was really making thousands of dollars doing the debt settlement. 

Again, as of this date, I have not received either another call from Mike Reynolds, or a dime in return.
