Dadson Washer Service offers commercial coin-operated washer and dryers to apartment complexes. This allows apartment owners to provide an essential amenity to their existing and potential tenants. Linda Doniz stated the following about her company, "there is no investment required from the apartment complex owners when we install our equipment. Essentially, it is to provide apartment complex owners an amenity to their tenants. Essentially, [our service is] to provide a good service...make sure everyone is happy and get what they need."
Dadson Washer Service typically acquires leads, "by locations that we see under construction. We get the phone numbers from signs that we see." They also obtain leads through management companies and out existing companies, "a lot of times they are investors that continue purchasing and selling and that's how we obtain our business." If an apartment complex expresses interest in their services they are offered either a leasing or rental program for the equipment, "when we come to an agreement with a customer, and they choose to do a rental option...they pay us a monthly fee for the equipment. With that includes the installation of the equipment...they collect the coins from the equipment and we service the equipment whenever is goes down." The leasing option is similar except instead of paying a monthly fee, "we collect the coins, and disburse a distribution based on the original contract." During the onsite interview Mr. Doniz was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Ms. Doniz explained, "our agreements at the time of sale, they bind or transfer to the new owners." The previous owners may not have expressed this to the new owners of the property which can result in complaints to Dadson Washer Service. In order to resolve issues like this when they arise, "we do offer options to renegotiate...to give them an opportunity to have a say in the options to made a new agreement." This often leads to a satisfied customer.
When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Ms. Doniz stated the following, "from what I've seen, it's new apartment owners who wanted us out...there was no other option at that point so I guess that's some of the complaints I've seen on Ripoff. We continue to reach out to them and ensure that we can come up with a solution and have an amicable relationship." She additionally stated the following in regards to the issue, "we want to make sure that we can provide or at least show them that it is beneficial to have us...as far as the laundry room services...we are always open to renegotiating to make sure they have a say in the contracts. I am happy to come up with a solution to have them be ok and everyone move forward."
When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to make things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Ms. Doniz stated, "we've actually had a change in customer service representatives. We want to make sure any questions [or] concerns are addressed. We provide more training...we actually allow our customer service representatives more authority to resolve matters so they don't have to go back and forth....we give them some liberty to resolve it and address it."

Unaware of which case this is referring to. Our records do not coincide with dates noted. We try to work our customer to find the best option possible. We are always happy to renegotiate. This is usually the case with new apartment complex owners that were either not informed by the seller of our services. We have encountered that renegotiating with the new owners makes them feel more comfortable with our services since they've had an opportunity to be involved with the process.
The plaintiff owens an apartment buildings located in Las Vegas NV.
Dadson provided washers and dryers that ran poorly and did not adequately clean and dry clothes placed in them.
As a result the tenants used laundromats instead, which caused the plaintiff to lose revenue.
The landlord filed a complaint for breach of contract naming Dadson as a defendant. During the trial six separate witnessses were examined under oath, and nearly 100 exhibits were intorduced into evidence.
At the conclusion of the trial, a jury of twelve persons returned a verdict: "We find in favor of the Plaintiff and against Dadson Washer Service Inc. and award the Plaintiff Damages.
Do not let this company push you around. They are CROOKS The contract will lock you into a ten year do nothing agreement. They are BIG RIP OFF'S!!! RUN
