BEWARE! If you are thinking of making a dive into any of Daegans products, realize there you cannot get your money back! Daegan's office will not WILL NOT refund your money, They will steal your money!

In fact, the only reason i had the "confidence" to sign up was because i saw daegan himself reply to another post online in which someone had a similar issue, he said that it was resolved and that his employees are instructed to refund the money no questions asked, So with that I got started, What a dishonest way to promote yourself, especially with no intention of following through. I have completely lost trust in Daegan and his business. Lying and cheating is NO WAY to run a legitimate business.

I cancelled yesterday and called today on my 21st day to confirm. A girl named Beth from Daegan's office told me over the phone that they do not and never said there is a money back guarantee.

As of today, august 31, 2011, if you visit the link, which is the same i signed up on, it clearly says "There is absolutely NO RISK. We offer a 100% no questions asked money-back guarantee within your first 30 days. "

If this does get resolved, i will be more than happy to re-edit my post.

UPDATE

AUTHOR: SCAMMED BY DAEGAN SMITH - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, September 26, 2011

I have  finally gotten this issue resolved, it took a couple weeks longer than it should have. As the promise on his website.

There is no point in really going into the details, but long story short the first person i had talked to was incredibly unprofessional.

I spoke the next day to Kate, was much more professional, promised she would take care of the situation and call me first thing next day.

Of course, i did not receive any phone call that entire day and at that point in the evening had to call back a few days later, as it was friday night going into the weekend.

I got so fed up with jumping through the hoops that I contacted Daegan directly.

This situation certainly warrants an apology in the least, but i got no apology or sympathy from Daegan either.

In conclusion. The guy might have some great information, but he certainly needs to brush up on Business ethics, and code of conduct for his employees. It is very unfortunate again that such a knowledgeable person can lack so much integrity in his business. But that is the internet age these days i guess, people hiding people their screens.
