I did a major upgrade of their computer network that took two days to complete. He was only charged $750. The company that sent me there to perform this upgrade forgot to give me an invoice to have him sign.

The next day, I contacted Elliot Smoler, the owner of the company, to hand him the invoice to sign. Elliot, who sat in the office with me both days while I did the upgrade, says, "what work for what invoice? I never seen you, you have the wrong place."

It has been two years to get him to pay the service and he continues to refuse to pay and continues to lie. But I recently have new information from someone who wishes to remain confidential that He and his company has not been on the up and up with the IRS.

When I was performing the service I realized that he seemed to be using pirated software. I also saw some other items on the network that seemed shady business. I intend to report him and his company with to the respective agencies if he continues to decide to lose his memory.
