Pacific Webworks Misleading Internet Advertisement, Unathorized charges, Continuing credit card charges Salt Lake City Utah

My report is basically a summation of most of the previous reports on Pacific Webworks. Unauthorized charges of $49.90 and insisting it was all my fault. There was no hint or suggested avenue to research to indicate thy were signing me up for a monthly fee to be charged on my credit card. Very deceptive advertising. I cancelled the credit card to avoid further charges and the credit card company is basically sprinkling "holy water" on the whole issue. Will file a report with the State Attorney General for internet fraud.

The credit card company sent me documentation supplied to them by Webworks. Based on that information, it was clear why my claim was denied because of all the misinformation and incorrect statements given to them by Pacific Webworks. I find no fault with their decision but I did document the actual facts and pointed out the errors in the Pacific webwork information.
