Dale's Contractors is a total ripoff. They treat their contractors horrible and in return can not keep any. They do nothing more than you as an individual can do for yourself. They have contracts with Fannie Mae, Safeguard, possibly HUD and others. They receive the work orders and sub-contract the work out to others and a significantly lower price and they reap the financial outcome. You can contact all of these people YOURSELF, you do not need Dale's to cheat you and not pay you for your hard earned work. All you need is general liability Insurance in most cases.
They will threaten to not pay you, charge you back for items, and also delay payment while you are suffering in the meantime and also working your butt off only to make them wealthier. This is a complete scam and it will only harm you. You will actually be paying to go to work for them after you pay for their locks, cleaning supplies, gas, and Dump Fee's you will have made ZERO!!
Jeannie Miller is extremely rude and inconsiderate and when she get's mad at you she will pick your check apart and find any way she can to with hold your money from you. She is all out for her and her only.
Their contract is a joke, and you should read it very carefully as has stipulations that no one should ever agree on.
They are demanding that you get the job done within 24-48 hours yet they wont pay you for 30-45 days PLUS...and by the time you get it, it is extremely less than what you are expecting.
Several people are considering a law suit against them, myself including and at that time we will not only be subpoenaing all of the actual checks that will show just exactly how much they were paid we will all be turning them in to the clients that give them work and letting them know that their business practices are unethical.
