Ms. Daley has a pattern of losing her cases, in our experience she is incompetent and will make false statement to achieve her goals, yet she keeps losing. Every case we worked on with her was a fiasco and a loss, (i) because she is not a good lawyer and (ii) because she is an aggressive lawyer with a complete lack of perception understanding and skills in our views.
We do not recommend this attorney, she will lose your case and may even sue you ... she is what makes the profession look bad.
Avoid her. or be preapre to lose, recently she just lost 3 cases in a row, the woman is NOT a good lawyer in our personal view.

I have been involved in litigation with my former partner for the last few years. I have been practising law for approximately 36 years and have had a stellar reputation and no issues or problems with any of my "peers" except for this situation. The case referred to in the report had numerous problems none of which had anything to due with the competence of counsel. I believe that this report was filed simply as a vendetta with no factual basis. I also have nothing to do with or know the other attorney mentioned in the report. Also, the language used in the report pretty closely mirrors a report filed by a Client against my former partner.
