company(lonestar refrigeration, dallas marr) overcharged for labor--1.5 hrs @ 90.00/hr.= $135.00, serviceman was at my home for 40 MINUTES! serviceman(dallas marr) said charges begin when he leaves his shop which is approx. 8 miles from my home, it does not take 45 minutes to travel from his shop to my home-- do the math! was also overcharged for freon r-22, 4 lbs. @ $45.00/ lb. how was this 4 lbs. determined when he DID NOT weigh the freon cylinder before or after use?
also charged $5.00 for mileage to add insult to injury!, in addition to overcharging for labor and materials, he did not install the cover properly on the outdoor condensing unit-- bent the cover and left out retaining screws
