I hired the noted company to wash exterior windows on my home which was supposed to include screens & sills. I paid the employee a check for the service & a cash tip upon completion however I failed to check everything before he left. The employee who cleaned the windowns was Jasen (JD) Small. When I started to clean the interior windows later that day I discovered that JD had not reinstalled my screens but instead left them on my rear patio. None of the sills had been cleaned and the windows were still dirty, smeared and/or spotted. I called the company and spoke with Tony. I explained the situation & made it very clear to Tony that I did NOT want JD back but instead wanted another employee to return. Tony indicated someone would return the following day which was a Friday. Instead I received a call Friday indicating they were unable to return until Saturday which I agreed with. Saturday my husband received a call from JD indicating he was on his way when my husband told him we didn't want him back due to the horrible job he had done and that we had made that very clear to the company. He called my husband a "punk a**" and hung up on him. My husband called the company back and talked to Tony again. Tony would not commit to having someone out that day and said that it would now have to wait until Monday. My husband told him that was unacceptable since he had made a commitment to us originally for Fri which they requested be changed to Sat. We told Tony that if he couldn't get someone out Sat that we wanted a refund. Tony wouldn't agree to provide a refund without speaking to the owner, Jim Campbell, which was "on vacation" although later in the conversation Tony indicated Jim would be in the office later that day. Tony advised us that the owner would call us later in the day on Sat regarding our dispute & request for a refund however we never heard back from anyone.
