Complaint Review: Damart USA
Damart USA Order never arrived. Can't get help immediately, must wait a month. other England
I would warn anyone doing business with Damart not to bother. If your order is lost, which ours appears to be, they have no way of tracking it, and therefore have no clue where it could have been lost in the process of delivery.
Since they don't use a tracking system, you the customer need to wait for a month after you originally ordered your item before they will consider either resending a new package or giving you a refund.
I just find that unacceptable in this day when I can go any almost any other seller I know and get tracking information. Certainly, I will ask for a refund, because I don't want to go through this again and have to wait yet another month.
Of course, we will not be doing business with Damart again in the future. Buyer BEWARE!
