damien anderson aamco basically stole my car lakewood Washington

I had gone to my local aamco because my cars transmission wouldnt shift. after i was told that they didnt charge to diagnose my car. a few days later i was contacted by Damien Anderson who told me they had to further pinpoint what was wrong with my car.  a few days later again he calls me to say it will cost $5300 to fix the silenoids. I couldnt afford that much money so Damien says he will help me sell t to the junkyard. i was only going to get $500.00 i agreed to his. then he went on to say that i owed money to the shop for the diagnosis of my car. i was surprised because i was told it didnt cost money to diagnose . so I had no choice but to pay this debt. he suggested i sell the car and he would take the $200 that i now owed to aamco. again i agreed. hw told me to give him my title and hat he would call me afer the junkyard came to get my car. a month goes by i havent heard from him so i go over and he tells me that he posponed the pick up and gave me $200 of The $300  and he promised to get my stereo out for me because it was a christmas gift from my fiance.  This was back in june Now a few more months go by and no word from damien so again i go to ammco to find that damien and my car are gone.hes now out in lakewod. ive callwd and made plans numerous times to recieve what is owed. i drove out to lakewood  ammco where my car is and hen he tells.me he dexided to keep my car to give to his neice. i feel like there may have not been $5300 worth of repairs now. and he gives me a story that  his wife didnt transfer money into his account. wasted my time and gas driving out here for nothing and come to find out now my stereo is missing!  he said next thursday hat comes and he says he got his pauday mixed up and its the following thursday which was yeserday. again i contact damien anderson and he says hes going to have his wife Annie to meet me. i wait and wait he keeps saying he will call me and never did. then i get a messege stating his wife says im paid off and that i need to take my stolen radio up wirh olympia ammco. which is wrong damien stole my radio and my car.  he made it seem like he was doing me a favor and helping me out. hes a theif! a liar and a scammer.
