 I paid Damien Grider 40,000 for a public company.Mr.grider represented that he was owner ot shreholder of that company.he also represented that he will get investors to invest the balance of the purchase price of that company. After several months and after he lied.to several.people including a.lawyer to whom.he said he had sent a wire and subsequently provided doctored emails.form a.bank claiming to.prove he has sent the wire.he was asked several.times to return the money.he invented every excuse to return the money and eventually.stopped taking calls 9 months later he still has not returned the money. Since this involved the use of a.public.company i have reported this to the SEC. I HAVE ALSO LEARNED THAT DAMIAN HAS PULLED THIS SCAM.BEFORE WITH OTHERS, COLLECTING MONEY FOR.THE PURCHASE OF COMPANIES AND.THEN.NOT.DELIVERING THE COMPANY.he has faked.the signatures of the sale.agreement. I have the copies.if.the wire.transfer.and a.copy of the certified.chack.to.prove everything stated here, and.a.copy of.the agreement damien.signed with his personal address.in.brickell.avenue in.Miami.. This 40,000 damien took has never been.returned.anyone.doing any business.if any kind with this thief will lose their money.
