Dan and Nicole Casey KC constrution Paid Dan to put metal roof on my grandmothers house and he took the money and ran, no work, no return of money, not ethical louisburg, Kansas

I contracted with Dan and his wife Nicole to remove an old roof and replace with a new metal roof.  I paid half up font $4,975.00 and did not received any work only excuses why Dan could not do work or return money.  I took Dan Casey to court on October 15, 2009, the judgment was against Dan Casey for the full amount - case number 09LA11759.  Still no reimbursement of money from Dad Casey. Dan told my lawyer that he would start making payment November 2009, to date still nothing from Dan or Nicole Casey. This is the most unethical family that I have ever run in to in my life time.  All I want is to get my money back and but this all behind me.
