Dan Bergan - Speed Unlimited Dan is not to be trusted. History of abandoning customers then running off Clovis, California

So Dan Bergan is going to try yet again to run a shop. What is this now, try number 3? 4?   Dan's history is of abandoning his shops then leaving customers to try and figure out how to get their property back from either than angry landlord, tow truck companies or court.

I was one of those customers when Dan abandoned his Clovis shop in 2002. Dan was trusted with our vehicles. Dan broke that trust. Dan abandoned his shop and ran to the Fresno Speed Unlimited--Ron S (a flake if you ever met one).

1000's of dollars of unpaid rent. Abandoning the shop with customer cars. How did Dan compensate those customers?  He hid behind Ton Stebles and the other n**i who is reported to be a child molester.

Did Dan ever complete the work?  NO.  In fact the car was found in the street with parts from the car missing and the engine and trans in the back seat. THANK YOU DAN BERGAN.

Real classy Dan!  As others have found Dan has or had and probably still does, have a serious drug issue. He might be somewhat of an average mechanic. But can you rely upon him?  NOPE!  Is he honest?  NOPE.  When you tear into a customers car then push that car out in the street after a year....and did you call that customer?  NO. How was the car when it went INTO your shop?  What shape was it after you pushed it out onto Barstow Ave? 

People share ideas. People share experiences.  People you expect to have now as your customers.  Is Ron Stebbles hiding mini blinds protecting you from bill collectors, IRS, Cal BAR, and angry customers?

How many of your fellow employees are on parole?  With ankle monitors? Sharing your glass pipe?

This is try number 4 now Dan?  And you think folks do not remember?  Those in the racing industry think you are a doper. Those at the salvage yards where you used to get parts then resell them to unsuspecting customers say you are a druggie. I say you are a drug user too.

Abandoning the business soon?  The shop in Fresno closed for lack of business to you run back to Clovis to try it again.  This time under the Speed Unlimited vail.

You are a flake Dan. You owe customers more than your castrated conduct. I for one would not let you touch a lawn mower.

History will repeat itself Dan. I will be watching this attempt fail like all the rest. And this time I will follow through with the court. I would love to have you, your chester friend and Ron in court....

Meanwhile, the local activist are watching, waiting, listening, and your reputation is still in the gutter. Oh yes, the car you tore up was repaired by KW Auto. KW seems to get a lot of your work.  Mike up on North Blackstone also. I hear Bruce and others know your history.
