Dan Kim contacted me after I had requested it be done on a website. We went thru all the procedures necessary during which I repeatedly asked him if this would take place immediately. I was concerned about this particular point because a couple of ductions were to be made the next week and I wanted them stopped, one in particular, a Bank of America cedit card that was for $153 and which I couldn't cover.

I called and questioned him about not having stopped the transaction, and when it was over he had agreed to terminate me from his, their, program. Well, being the naive, trusting soul that I am, I took him at his word, what a mistake that was, because the law firm representing Mr. Kim's corporation had deducted their fee also. After consulting with them, I learned that he had not terminated me and I needed a written record of his stating to that effect. So I requested him to email me a notification, of which he still hasn't done so.

Now, he has caused me to lose $453 this month out of a ss income of only $1460 a month, a third of my monthly income. That wouldn't hurt so much if I had another income, but I do not!

I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and need relief from my credit card bills because living expenses have risen past my ss income, my only income, so much so that I've even had to drop my hospitalization coverage I was carrying, in order to pay all the bills, and I may very well lose my rv also.

I doubt very seriously that any monies will be returned, I just hope this will be posted so that other senior citizens may not be as gulllible and trustworthy as I.
