Dan Larenza sold a car that was inspected 4 month ago in March 08 and it will not pass inspection today 8/5/08 Phelps New York

Dan Larenza 315-573-6582 and 315-548-2236 sold a car to me that is unfit for the road it can't be inspected today 8/5/08 but he has a inspection sticker on it with a date of 3/08 He told us he is a mechanic and the car is good just need some body work fender wheel welll plastic. he also told us he is a church going person. He sold us the car for $2250.00 to a 16 year boy that he took advantage of. Then the father told us to get a a price to fix the car and call him back. I called him back and gave him a price to fix it and he told me I was unreasible the fix was for the frame to be welded back up so it can pass inspection in NY. Beaware of this guy he said he fixes and repairs cars and he also works as a mechanic at D'Amico Chrysler Jeep Dodge 315-789-7676 in Geneva NY On RT 5 & 20 I'm going to fill out a freedom of info act to find out who inspected this car and then go after them.
