Dan Levine Reuters; Thomson Reuters Journalist. Dan Levine Misquotes Federal Appeals Court to Discredit Blogger New York, New York

Dan Levine, Reuters misquoted a federal appeals court ruling, in order to defame, discredit and paint anti-corruption blogger Crystal Cox in false light and create massive, widespread mis-information regarding anti-corruption blogger Crystal Cox. 

Reuters, Dan Levine stated:

“Cox's blogging activities have attracted their share of controversy. According to the court's opinion, Cox has a history of making allegations of fraud and other illegal activities "and seeking payoffs in exchange for retraction."

Reuters, controlled media, deliberately left out the word “apparently” to paint Defendant Cox out to be a criminal and thereby aiding and abetting the cover up of the actual corruption Cox is reporting on.

Reuters actually stated that it is this court’s opinion that “Cox has a history of making allegations of fraud and other illegal activities ", when in fact Cox has no such history and this court used the word “apparently” and quoted the New York Times as its’ source for this factual, court ruling evidence.

The Reuters, Dan Levine, news story has been repeated at the very least 100 times, and continues to be repeated over and over to the detriment of Defendant Cox and the credibility of the corruption she is exposing via her blogs.

Reuters also stated this, out of context:

“Cox's blogging activities have attracted their share of controversy. According to the court's opinion, Cox has a history of making allegations of fraud and other illegal activities "and seeking payoffs in exchange for retraction."

Again, to deliberate discredit, defame, harass and publicly humiliate Defendant Cox and thereby discredit the stories of corruption she is reporting on and the victims of that corruption such as Eliot Bernstein of iViewit, and those involved in the eToys bankruptcy as well as the hundreds of others Cox reports on.
