12/28/14 My friend Amanda found a spidered comment from Jennifer (signed Jen Myers) on her Pinterest account well after a cease and desist was issued to her and Mr. Pozniak. Amanda had no contact for Jennifer Myers online anywhere, so since the cease and desist was forwarded to both Jennifer and Dan, Amanda had to pass on ONE message to Jennifer through his email. It appears that he is making it look like Amanda is trying to contact him for reasons beyond this legal matter and bringing up some other unrelated nonsense (via his public Facebook). It is a tactic.  There was no need for him to bring Amanda's name up publicly. Again, a tactic, maybe on both Dan and Jennifer's parts to create a position for their original grossly defamatory and harrassing actions. Lawyers may now again re-review this. It was a simple brief legal request from Amanda to have him relay to Jennifer to beware of the cease and desist, period. Amanda does not want anything to do with either of them, she was more then happy to leave them alone until Jennifer yet again stalked Amanda, then commented. There could be potential grounds for criminal and civil charges due to the level of defamation from previous posts, signed by these individuals, keep that in mind. 

All said below are the bizarre delusions of Amanda's now stalker. We can speculate you are afraid that Dan lied to you about the nature of his true feelings towards u to get you to pay his way for the most part. Also, framing this delusion that Dan left Amanda and the contract which was actually created as a deadline agreement for him to leave after his 30 days or obtain a new residence by a set date. Then police were called after the contract due to his continued abuse. Dan lied to the police about Amanda so he could manipulate a case for his position deflecting attention away as her abuser, which was a major abuse of her again. 

Isnt he in custody in El Dorado (or was) because YOU pressed charges against him on 12-15-13 for domestic violence? It is interesting you attacked Amanda online the day after YOU had him thrown in prison. This is with all this repetition online about you saying he LEFT Amanda (in a desperate way on posts) when she BY LEGAL record threw him out.  It is not hard to speculate you two may have had an argument about Amanda out of ur clear obsession with Amanda. This may have precipitated the domestic violence between you two.

these are malicious, untrue and bizarre rantings by a disturbed person who is obsessed with Ms. Volovic. Amanda threw this man out of her home under police witness a long time ago for his severe abuse of her. Again, all on police record. A cease and desist may be issued if this person does not stop this slanderous campaign. The source of the public reports on Dan Pozniak is unknown.

Amanda volovic has created fake accounts on google and Facebook against Dan Pozniak.She has been stalking him for over a year because he left her.She is in and out of mental hospitals and is very disturbed.She lives in reno and has multipal fake emails.She claims voodoo and criminal ties ...She is very dangerous and will be notified by legal actions.She is a very bitter person to go this far.There is proof she is crazy so don't believe her dillusions
