I've known The Trouts for many years. I have been a tenant, they own a furniture store, and have many diplated rent houses.

They expect their money, on time, but the houses are seriuosly flawed. For 12 years, I rented a trailer from his brother, Eddie. The trailer, had many problems, no floors, roof leaked, and bugs. To beg them to fix it takes more than an act of congress. The last straw, came when the stove blew up, sparks flying out, and they would not come and help me. So I moved. That is another problem. But, recently, I needed a place to live. It had been six years, and people change. Wrong, not Danny. I discovered he had a house for rent. It was supposed to be available, by March 15, 2006. I was not given the choice of looking at the house. I was desparate. So I gave him $150.00 as security. The full rent was $375.00. Days later, I was talking to a friend. He had been working on several projects for Danny. I mentioned the house, and I was informed the house had no floor. The house was not safe. I immediately asked Danny for my money back. He refused. So I spoke to another friend. I needed to make a complaint with the city judge. This judge is a relative. They promised to "speak" to Danny. I only received half, of the money on a house, that was still rented to another party. Danny treated me like I was trouble, a pest. So I went to another city. Danny and his family have run down houses, that are not safe. He misrespented himself.
