Daniel Burnett DBA Integris Rip off Artist, Hires carpet cleaners for Century Theatres Northgate Mall, never pays. San Rafael California

Daniel Burnett claims to be a major contractor for several movie theatres including Century theatres, AMC, etc. etc. Total lies !!

He hired my company, for cleaning carpets at Century Theatre Northgate Mall, San Rafael. He then refused to pay the bill on pretext that we damaged the carpets.

I later found out that he is nothing but a rip off. He has used this big talk to fool several carpet cleaners. He asks for 30 days credit to pay the bills. Meanwhile he pockets the money from Century theatres and never pays the carpet cleaners.

In these 30 days he gets more and more work done. At the end the carpet cleaners are so deep in the red, that they have no choice but to work with him and keep getting nickle and dime payment of the bills. They cant even sue him because he threatens to file for bankruptcy.

Century theatres management is hand in glove with all this. They are perfectly aware of whats going on, but choose to look the other way. They profit from Daniel Burnett's services big time. He signs contracts with carpet cleaners for $2,000 and Century pays him only $600 for the same job.

This arrangement works well for Daniel and Century theatres. Daniel gets to Pocket $600, century theatres gets $2,000 work for $600. Daniel seems to have some "special arrangements" with the managers at Century Theatres.
