Daniel Avery has been in the Collection Industry for 20 years. Working at GC Services, Household Finance, Law Office of Curtis Barnes.

He was in Las Vegas for 12 years then came back to California where he and his new wife opened Investment Credit Corp. New wifes family gave Daniel Avery $45,000 to invest in company. Eight months later Mr Avery left for a investor meeting he claimed and never returned.

He left for his wife a stack of un-paid bills, her home she purchased 5 years prior in forclosure, car utilities insurence over $10,000 that her family had to give her to survive the bills.

Then found out had never divorced wife in Las Vegas in fact had left one day telling her he was going to the store. Her children and her were evicted and thrown in the street by the Sheriff in Las Vegas. Police report is on file with Corona Police Dept case#06-11413
